2009 was our best year for real estate ever! We were recently ranked in the top 1000 agents of NRT's 126,000 total REALTORS!
With over 23,000 licensed agents in Minnesota, it is very important to know the background and experience of the agents you are interviewing. The following will provide you with our educational and work experience, backgrounds, and our promise to you:
Chad grew up in the Twin Cities. He graduated from St. Cloud State University with a business degree in Accounting. His resume of experience is in finance, customer service and sales, and his personal passion is finance and investment. This background is critical in helping sellers determine proper pricing and what they can expect to net from selling their home. Chad has been President of the Bristol Ridge Homeowners Association for several years and Vice-President for a number of years prior to that. He manages a number of investment properties, both for himself and clients. He has served on the Communications Committee for the City of Savage and on various committees for the Southern Twin Cities Association of REALTORS®. His volunteer projects include for Adopt-a-Street, Open Arms of Minnesota, Kids for Cancer, and the Tri-County Humane Society. Chad enjoys spending time with family. He enjoys all sports, especially college hockey and Vikings football. Chad is dedicated to his family, friends and clients and values long term relationships.
